$Utime (WTO.US)$ obviously be cautious on this one but buy as much as you can at 8 cents cuz something's not making sense here. There's definitely some major major manipulation going on. You don't take a stock that's over $2 consistently and announce a 1/700 or 1/900 Don't even believe that's possible!!! NDA just a good idea 💡!
