Value preservation
Asset inflation
Like many people, owning a house is getting more and more of a dream than a reality.
most people put their money in places that don't outpace inflation hence the cost of retirement is increasing faster than they can "Save"
With many central banks easing their monetary policies, we can see a higher asset inflation.
With the cost of borrowing being lowered it increases the availability of money.
In which you will have more money supply for the same item.
The danger is, how much can the consumer's income growth keep pace with the inflation growth. we know that too much money in the system may have us end up in a hyperinflation cycle if not controlled.
Stagflation
there are fates worse than a recession.
Therefore, being an investor we must always have a plan for any sort of market situation.
Being able to adapt to any sort of market environment, that is a never ending process.
like gold ore being refined through fire.
We often spend our time on meaningless things, the value of time is priceless and we normally exchange it for money.
Funny enough, in pursuit of "Happiness" we become more miserable.
We ironically trigger the "Anchoring bias" when we see others who are "better off" than us, and yet the funny thing is those who are "better off" than us are also more often finding themselves feeling discontent.
Learning to let go gives us more room for growth. sometimes we must let go of things to obtain freedom.
With money constantly being printed, our time cannot be gained back.
Although we cannot gain back our time, we can always "Buy" back our time by investing our money in things that appreciate in value overtime.
We must also bear in mind that we have to do our "RISK MANAGEMENT" because that path to freedom is rough.
Without proper preparation and patience we will fall hard.
Always do your own research, question your decisions, and always have a contingent plan.
