$VCI Global (VCIG.US)$ 👀, I see several bullish signals here. looks to be trending up some. Looks to be bouncing off the lower Bollinger band on day chart and heading towards .11 to .12 where I think it will meet the mid Bollinger band. if it can break through and hold , then I see .15 to .17+. if it can't break through mid band then I think it's back to .09's. JMO on how this will play out this week.
