$Verb Technology (VERB.US)$ I see no evidence of dilution here yet.
Annual meeting is on Sept 26, voting on R/S, and to add more shares ( dilution).
so I do expect some dilution before r/s but it will be announced right after meeting.

Arue Perry : In March 2024, merely 6 months ago it’s total shares were 20M, now it’s 145.6M os that’s over 7x dilution. Besides when there is higher volume than usual by universal law of numerology, the price should move, if the bulls are buying more than bears are selling then the price should go up accordingly and vice versa. High volume and no price movement is highly unlikely unless there’s some Fuckery involved.
Rhiox OP Arue Perry : Yes, there were diluting earlier this year, I was just saying to the person who was saying they are diluting this right now that they are not diluting at the time. but it will be in the near future
