$Vir Biotechnology (VIR.US)$ now you wany to sell company. But f you we have 10 dollar per share in equity and that is in cash. Cutting edge science, at least worth 10 dollar. You want to sell right now for how much? 10 dollar? I would sue you if you sell company below 20 dollar.
