Very untimely redemption
$Fullerton SGD Cash Fund(SG9999005961.MF$ very slow in funds transfer back to your destinated account. I called up and ask for support to get relevant department to call me back explanation reasons for the long time needed but apparently moomoo is not very timely even for following up. This is especially frustrating when you need funds urgently!

2. Transfer this amount of redemption amount from your Moomoo account to your Bank account:
This will be done latest by next working day since 20:00 on T+1.
Thus, the whole process of redeem the money from your Fullerton SGD Cash Fund to your local bank account(step 1+2) takes T+2 if your redeemed before 12:00 (lunch time) on T.
