this whole sector became a momentum play a data center play it got way ahead of itself for the word that people say on TV is, ahead of their skis. you had an extreme multiple expansion despite the fact that they didn't generate revenue from the data center build out as of yet it's priced in for the next two to three years of development but nothing has happened and the whole utility sector got to push the same way and now they're just going to be marked to Market brought down money will come out it will consolidate at lower levels and then it will gradually appreciate again over time.
