Write down your VIX65 experience

(Foreword: I think it may not apply to long-term market prices)

Towards 8/5 when VIX rose to 65, in addition to the stock stocks, gold, and futures I held, most stocks, including virtual currency, small-cap stocks, high-yield bonds, etc., fell or crashed. (The only stocks I've seen that haven't declined are government bonds, daily necessities, public utilities, inverse stocks...)

I am keenly aware that no matter what I do when I'm not good at times like this, I can't compete.

Sometimes I thought it was important to increase the percentage of cash held.

(I never anticipated that the subject of my first post would be this, wry lol)
