For those that can't find it: A timely request for a hearing shall stay the suspension and delisting action pending the issuance of a written decision by the Hearings Panel.
Appeal filed 7 calendar days from notice, appeal meets criterion for stay of delisting.

Zabes64 OP Jaguar8 : it's in the highlighted yellow section it cannot be clearer: A timely request for a hearing shall stay the suspension and delisting action pending the issuance of a written decision by the Hearings Panel.

Zabes64 OP Jaguar8 : Tell you what if I'm wrong I'll come back and apologize, expect the same if you are. I've done enough contracts to know the meaning of these things and even to make sure I read it correctly I searched the CBOE's own rules which reiterates pending appeals for this type of delisting notice, the delisting is automatically stayed. Now if they lose this hearing then the next appeal is not automatically stayed and requires the board to stay it pending another hearing.
