$Vocodia Holdings(VHAI.US$ so it not delisted on monday? it just pending n able to trading up to 45 days? It make me so damn confused n I was panic sold all my shares for more than 60% loss, I gonna Fu*k myself if it didn't delisted on monday.![]()

Zabes64 : It wouldn't be delisted until after the hearing, which can take up to 45 days to occur, and then after a written determination is made, plus, I believe,10 calendar days from notice to the SEC after the hearing.
The hearing could provide the following: notice of delisting or a waiver to meet compliance for 180 days up to max 360.
I'm sorry you sold your shares for a loss that sucks, unfortunately I've watched KITT and VHAI both previously get panic sold in the last 10d because of SEC filings coming out during trading hours that people didn't understand. I bought in as much as I could when I read the notice, Monday the stock may still open lower, I can tell you the executive team at Vocodia do have a strategy in place and were aware of the panic selling that happened Friday.
