$VS MEDIA Holdings (VSME.US)$ I think a lot of people hesitated because they have 3 million shares of dilution looming to drop whenever, in case anyone is wondering why *this* Hong Kong IPO specifically isn't really doing much. I'm still waiting for at least one big run up.
