There are several situations in which positions can be covered:
1. Net value, face value, cash options to protect the variety can be filled on dips.
2. If the overall market background is not particularly bad, stocks with unfinished themes or explosive points can be bought at low prices. (This is the case with Tesla at present)
3. In the context of the market is not particularly bad, there is no volume down the main stock can be filled on the dips.
4. Strong index stocks (especially strong stocks in the S&P 500) can be covered before they fall below the rising channel. (Tesla currently meets this condition)
5. When the market is relatively low (the index has just fallen sharply, and the management is determined to maintain stability), positions can be filled.
6. If the amount of funds is large enough, low-priced stocks (or potential stocks) can be covered in batches when the price drops. (Tesla's amount of funds has always been in the top 1-2 positions in US stocks)
