Warrant Floor price is $2.17, why worry about the dilution?
$ENDRA Life Sciences (NDRA.US)$ the exercise floor price of the warrants before Reverse Split was $0.0434, after 50:1 Reverse Split is $2.17.
The share price now is $0.50, why worry about the dilution from warrants? No one would convert the warrants when the share price is lower than the exercise price.
