Warren Buffett's $Berkshire Hathaway-B (BRK.B.US)$ took a stake in $Ulta Beauty (ULTA.US)$ in the second quarter while buying more shares of $Chubb Ltd (CB.US)$ and $Occidental Petroleum (OXY.US)$.

The famed investor's Omaha, Neb., company cut its positions in $Capital One Financial (COF.US)$, $T-Mobile US (TMUS.US)$ and $Floor & Decor (FND.US)$.

Berkshire eliminated its holding of 6.1 million shares of $Snowflake (SNOW.US)$, the software company, which it bought at the time of the company's initial public offering in 2020. That holding was worth about $1.2 billion at the end of March.
