History: Received staff determination letter on Nov 12.2024 due to non compliance with listing requirement of timely filing of Form 20-F. NVNI filed appeal Nov 15 which automatically stays suspension for 15 days (until Nov 30). The company also intended to request an extended stay while appeal is in process. Low float.
