Malaysia FBM KLCI eased slightly by 0.02% in tandem with muted global equity market.
Despite the improving trend of the core Personal Consumption Expenditure (PCE) inflation data for May 2024, the U.S. equity market registered mixed returns, with the S&P 500 Index easing by 0.1% and the Nasdaq Composite Index firming by 0.2% for the week.
So, last week was the clear indicator that MY and US market not really delight the investors despite a lots of news around.
