mr_cashcow : My vote of course goes to $Taiwan Semiconductor (TSM.US)$
TSMC's Q3 2024 earnings prospect is looking promising with reference to the company's previous performance in Q2 2024, TSMC reported a net revenue of $20.82 billion, with a gross margin of 53.2% and an operating margin of 42.5% and it doesn't seem like it is going to slow down anytime soon!
Some key factors to consider:
▲Strong Demand for 5G and AI Chips: TSMC's advanced manufacturing capabilities and strong relationships with leading tech companies position it well to benefit from the growing demand for 5G and AI-related chips
▲Global Economic Trends: The ongoing global economic uncertainty may impact demand for electronics and semiconductors, potentially affecting TSMC's revenue
▼Competition from Rivals: Strong competition from other semiconductor manufacturers, such as Samsung and Intel

102362254 : I guess $Taiwan Semiconductor (TSM.US)$ may end this week with the biggest % gain. TSM, a semiconductor leader, outperforms competitors with strong profitability and has consistent growth, driven by demand for AI, 5G, and automotive chips. With clients like Apple and Nvidia, it maintains solid financial health. Its higher valuation is justified by strong growth prospects. A positive Q3 earnings report is expected, supported by strong demand and efficient cost management. I'm confident in its continued growth potential.
Lucas Cheah : $Taiwan Semiconductor (TSM.US)$ is positioned for solid earnings growth, driven by global demand for semiconductors in AI, 5G, and automotive sectors. The company’s leadership in advanced chip manufacturing (5nm and 3nm nodes) secures major clients like Apple and Nvidia. However, risks include geopolitical tensions and high capital expenditure for expanding production capacity. TSM's focus on cutting-edge technologies supports long-term revenue growth despite short-term challenges.
$Goldman Sachs (GS.US)$ benefits from higher interest rates, boosting net interest income, and strong performance in asset and wealth management divisions. However, slower deal activity and market volatility have pressured its investment banking revenue. Despite short-term challenges, Goldman’s diversified business model and exposure to capital markets position it for future growth as market conditions stabilize.
$Netflix (NFLX.US)$ has seen a resurgence in subscriber growth due to successful content releases and its introduction of an ad-supported tier. This new revenue stream and potential international expansion bolster its earnings outlook. However, increasing competition from other streaming platforms and rising content costs could pressure margins. Still, Netflix’s content strategy and global reach provide a positive earnings outlook.
$ASML Holding (ASML.US)$ , the leading supplier of advanced lithography equipment for semiconductor manufacturing, is experiencing strong demand due to its critical role in producing cutting-edge chips (EUV lithography). The company is capitalizing on semiconductor expansion globally, especially in advanced processes like 3nm. Despite supply chain risks and high CapEx, ASML’s unique market position and technological edge give it robust long-term earnings potential.
CNNT : My vote goes to $Taiwan Semiconductor (TSM.US)$
I will rule out ASML & NFLX because the past few days drop is too drastic for an immediate recovery.
GS started the week with 522, and my guess is to land around 530, with 1.5% weekly growth.
TSM started with 192 and might end around 200, which will give it a staggering 4% growth.
