Weekly Syrup: Is Tesla "driving" us all to an effortless future?

Weekly Syrup: Is Tesla "driving" us all to an effortless future?
Hey mooers!
$Tesla (TSLA.US)$ CEO Elon Musk recently introduced the Cybercab, an autonomous vehicle priced below $30,000, aimed at taxi services with production set to start by 2027. Musk sees the vehicle as pivotal in making transportation safer and more versatile for work or relaxation.
Following its unveiling, Tesla's stock saw significant fluctuations, initially surging over 5% then dropping nearly as much, amid warnings from analysts about a possible "sell the news" reaction. The event was delayed by nearly an hour due to a medical emergency among the audience. Read more>>

But before other recaps, let's look at something different:
What's Moo'ed?
"What's Moo'ed" is a space that captures fun, newsworthy, jaw-dropping and sometimes confusing (lmao) news clips for mooers so that you know this is a colorful world (or a weird and speechless one).
1. Monkey see, monkey brew.
A monkey drinking beer from a garbage can in Parana State, Brazil, has gone viral recently. The video shows two capuchin monkeys, with one sipping a beer it found in the trash, as onlookers watched in amazement. I guess being a monkey these days ain't any easy, eh? Sooner we will be joining monkey's party.

2. Voom, voom! I need my cookies!
A police camera in Germany recorded an unusual incident where a driver, dressed as Seasom Street character Cookie Monster, sped through an intersection. I guess he's running out of cookies. And we shouldn't be surprised though, since these characters are more than 60 years old by now.

3. Peace from pet? Forget a bot it!
A recent study, which surveyed 1,000 people across generations, found that 11% of millennials and 10% of Gen Zers favor AI over traditional comfort animals like dogs and birds. The pro is obvious: you only need to feed them data. The con is also obvious: it's bit awkward to take them out and show off to your friends.
Okay, let's dive back to the syrup:
On October 11, 2024, U.S. CPI data for September showed a rebound in core inflation, exceeding expectations and leading to a decline in U.S. Treasury prices. The overall U.S. CPI rose by 2.4% year-on-year, slightly above the expected 2.3% and below the prior 2.5%. Read more>>

Cash flow is considered a very important aspect of any company's financial stability. Positive and stable cash flow can be crucial to maintaining financial health, while cash flow disruptions can lead to bankruptcy risk.
Moreover, cash flow often has a significant impact on stock valuation.
$Tesla (TSLA.US)$ I think most of us know that the best stocks in the world give us buying opportunities when they dip. This is a true dip for Tesla. Now the Robo taxi event seemed awfully short. It didn’t seem to have very much meat. And that left everyone with more questions than answers. But Elon Musk is no idiot. I’m sure he knew what was gonna happen. he’s a very meticulous planner. Personally, I’m going to use these opportunities to buy the dips now. Hope to make some of my Tesla money back in the future by holding what I have I didn’t panic sell.
What do you think of Tesla, rate cut and other stuff? And what's your take on other hot issues in the past week? How can they earn you more money(we pray that for you)?

  • 102362254 : Tesla's recent dip presents a potential long-term opportunity. Market fluctuations, especially after events, are common, but Tesla's strong fundamentals, innovation in EVs, and leadership in clean energy position it well for future growth. For long-term investors, temporary dips can be entry points to build positions in high-conviction stocks

  • TheOracleOfBroMaha : One thing I really enjoy about the moomoo app is the social media aspect. I like reading what others offer especially the People I follow. It’s nice to be mentioned by moomoo too. That’s kind of cool. I’m not sure if what I share is very insightful all the time or very interesting so I guess maybe I said something worthwhile. Anyway that’s kind of fun. Moo moo actually makes trading fun. I’ve been enjoying the app more than any other brokerage app I’ve ever used. I can see why the stock is doing so well. It’s insightful to see how others trade. I’m sure I’m not the only person that watches YouTube making sure to cut out the scammers but continue to keep interest in algorithm trading and all the different successes and failures and what’s going on with our future & our present. moomoo helps keep me up-to-date with all of that stuff and I’ve learned a ton about trading from all the different aspects MooMoo has to offer. MooMoo Learn is amazing . I need to spend more time on it honestly! Anyway, like everyone else I’m hoping I have the magic to become an instant billionaire using moomoo. And even though I know that’s entirely impossible you guys sure have made it fun trying. Thanks a bunch.

  • Coach Donnie : The $Tesla (TSLA.US)$  event didn't really blow us away with surprises:

Musk didn't spill the beans on the tech that's gonna power their self-driving taxis, and he was kinda quiet about how they're planning to make money from autonomous cars in the future.

Oh, and that budget-friendly Model 2 everyone on Wall Street was super excited about? Yeah, that was a no-show too.

Elon needs to focus and tune in they can turn things around for the good 📈

    Otherwise it’s a wrap 📉

  • Coach Donnie : He’s leading a lot of people and he needs to FOCUS

  • Jason Fung : I hope Elon will tell us more about the timeline of model 2 in the next $Tesla (TSLA.US)$ event. I would like to get it as soon as it comes out. It will be my first electric car.

  • Meme_Short_Queen : with the same old info from Musk, and a show that failed to quell any doubts on FSD, the stock is left with one direction to go: down!

  • COCO 2024 : TSLA did not buy at 210 limit order today, the stock went up to 213. Still patiently waiting. It may drop to 200. But long-term still bullish.[undefined][undefined][undefined]

  • CNNT : As a newbie, trading in the US equity market is really fun because it's vibrant, and there are all kinds of derivatives to play with.  Not forgetting that Moomoo adds the community and education elements I to it, making it more appealing.

But I always feel like this multi-year growth is surreal and unrealistic, and a correction is inevitable. No one can tell the exact time,  but I'm trying to spot the signs to avoid being caught totally off guard.

  • mr_cashcow : Saw cybervan reveal and I got to say it looks really futuristic and cool as heck[undefined]

  • Coach Donnie CNNT : Patience is Key 🔑 Long Term investors often out earn traders. You can do both but I’m here when you’re ready to talk long term strategy @CNNT
