I think it's problematic Musk diverted nVidia chips paid with Tesla money to his other company xAI and will allow xAI to use those chips till at least end of 2024. That will benifit xAI but not necessarily Tesla.
I honestly think retail investors in Tesla should vote NO on the pay package and first get more legal guarantees from Musk regarding Tesla's AI future. Stock dilution is another problem.

102362254 : Rivian's prospects got a boost with a major investment from Volkswagen. ETFs and dividend stocks spread out investments and provide steady income. I prefer diversifying my investments and will monitor to find the most attractive option.
mr_cashcow : What I can add on is don't think of Tesla as just an EV company, Elon have his hands in many pots and he is a master at pivoting so with his expertise, connections & wealth I'm sure he can come up with a new thing to bring Tesla to new heights
