MomentumPython1337 : i never trust analyst target prices their revenue estimates are shit beyond 1 year horizon especially when it comes to new technolgies like AI, cloud and robotaxi and usually they just chase the price trends instead of predicting it
MomentumPython1337 : that being said i am bullish on amazon if you look at the call option flow there are whales placing massive block orders of 200C, 220C and beyond and I like AMZN bcos this rally is backed by fundamentals they are expected to continue growing their FCF (free cash flow) and revenue
this is different from stocks like TSLA where the rally is based on hopes and dreams that the company will turn their financials around (TSLA has terrible financials just look at their profit margins the worst of all the mega caps plus their delivery estimates have been falling quarter on quarter for years and the market is overreacting to yesterday's slight beat it's most likely a short squeeze rather than an actual fundamental rally)
