$FSBM (9377.MY) $: FSBM Holdings will withdraw from the Stock Exchange's Statement of Practice No. 17 (PN17) financial distress category on Friday. Previously, the company's financial situation was formalized and will no longer trigger any of the standards set out in section 17PN2.1 of Bursa Malaysia's main market listing requirements. FSBM Holdings fell into PN17 status on December 30, 2019, after its external auditor did not comment on the audited financial statements for the financial year ended June 30, 2018 because it was unable to obtain sufficient appropriate evidence to base the audit opinion.
