That is ridiculous. The joke never called people in Puerto Rico garbage. The comedian was referencing the problem the island has with the trash. Nobody from this administration is helping Puerto Rico solve the problem with the dumps on the island. Every person who reads the news understands the basis of the joke. In my opinion, the comedian wasn't funny, even when he made fun of EVERY OTHER GROUP.
