103484522 : they need to wait for supplier to ramp up product  to give them the part .900v is a new components .they need to order in advance .so slow ramp up of onvo .nio also slow in paying supplier money ,that why priority given to other customer like tesla that can pay cash faster .nio is losing a lot of cash thru huge losses evey quarter so need reserve  cash to pay rnd ,sale and admin etc .supplier last priority  delay 12 month payment  mgmt bad that why execution  also poor .
