What, largest shareholder sold 24% shares
$ZIM Integrated Shipping (ZIM.US)$typically such notice happens when they finish selling via dark pool against bank. Bank will short ahead on dark pool then swap shares and money with large shareholder. That explain why price drops like stone after an amazing earning
However, it will hurt morale a lot for sure.

Kenon KEN is a Singapore company. Singapore doesn’t have capital gain tax, but Israel withhold 25% dividend for tax. They are better off selling than paying tax. So, I don’t plan to reinvest would be dividend before ex date. Not tax efficient. Shares bought here will get non-qualified dividends tax at regular income (i am in US) way higher than qualified (15%)
WeiTheSaint469 : odd he sold before dividends too.
