RobertW : with all things considered in the impacts catalyst and the stocks closely related to that, this thing can go one of two ways. if they really are offering a reverse stock split that could be considerably bad if market sentiment reacts negatively to it. depends on how large the split is. usually when a company increases share price by a reverse split retail traders tend to see that as a sign of company weakness and become trepidatious about trading it.
