🌱 SATS has sold a subsidiary providing ground handling and fuelling services at various US military bases for an enterprise value of US$46 million (S$61 million), and will book a gain on disposal of around S$1.6 million.
🌱GuocoLand sold 75% of the 533 units at its latest high end residential development Lentor Mansion during its launch over the weekend. The units were sold at prices ranging between $2,104 per square foot (psf) and $2,478 psf.
