🌱City Developments initiated share buybacks in the open market on Friday, citing its discounted share value as a reason. The company purchased 954,000 ordinary shares, or 0.11 per cent of its issued share capital, at an average price of S$5.75 a share for a total consideration of S$5.5 million.
🌱Sembcorp Industries has received the letter of award (LOA) for a 440 megawatts (MW) inter state transmission system connected wind-solar hybrid power project in India. With this latest award, Sembcorp’s gross renewables capacity globally is now at 14.3 Gigawatts.
🌱 Frasers Property will redeem $600 million perpetual securities on 11 April, which is the first call date.
