Iakul : There are a few possible dates.
1) After June 25th, when it fails to maintain above $1 for 10 consecutive days. Possible to ask for an extension though, but whether it’ll be granted will depend.
2) After the NASDAQ hearing for failing to file their reports. No concrete date given but likely to be this month also
3) After they declare bankruptcy. Company hasn’ released their 2024 Q1 report and we are already near the end of Q2, but based on their 10K report from last year, they are burning through more than 100 million each quarter. So again, based on currently available news, they’ll be bankrupt before the end of this quarter, which would be before the end of June
