Hi, thank you for your comments. I won’t be averaging down much anymore cos my original plan was to put 60k into MIT. I chose it because of its data centre assets which I think have good potential. Also I started buying in only around 2.24 which is not too bad actually. Now I have put in 56k already so I will only buy 2000 more shares. After that I will just leave it and collect 1k dividends every 3 months. If the price is low, I will reinvest the 1k into MIT and slowly grow the units. If not, I will buy other shares. I don’t intend to sell MIT in the near term cos I feel that the price is really very low and it’ll be very hard to buy back at such a price ever again. My average price is just 2.1915. It’s at COVID levels. The only time I may consider selling is when the interest rate cycle starts to trend up again.

Hi, I think you executed your strategy really well. 2.14 is really a good price to enter. It will really position you very well for the long run and you will do very well eventually. There’s no reason I would be jealous of you. Regardless of who is investing, I’ll wish him or her all the very best. We all want to do well for investing to give a better life for our families, so there’s no way I would wish anything bad for anyone. I don’t even know you personally so I’m really not sure what I did or said that offended you. I was merely sharing my investment strategy cos I really felt MIT, MLT and MPACT are really undervalued and well poised to make a good recovery when interest rates are cut. If I had said anything that offends you, I sincerely apologise to you. All the best to you and congrats on a good start to your investment journey.

The definition is one who takes in something or someone that others do not wish to have.
If MIT drops dydx holds or dollar cost averaging gao Gao. If mit rises, dydx sells.
