Has anyone noticed that Taobao is now offering an English interface for Singapore users? 🛍️🌟🥰 Have you used it before? How do you like this platform compared with other shopping platforms?
I usually use Shopee and Lazada. They have tons of products, and the prices are kind of low. Plus, there are always promotions like credit card vouchers and promo codes. 📢 But one downside is that some products are low quality. Does anyone else feel the same way?
Because of this, I stick to buying small stuff like home appliances, toys, fashion, and beauty items. 🍽️︎🧸💅For these, I'm not too worried about quality. Delivery time doesn't bother me much since I can wait. What I care about more is the after-sale service. It's really important to me if the platform handles returns and refunds smoothly. When a product is really bad quality, dealing with crappy after-sale service is just the worst.😠🔥
