  • DN60 : Hi pls pm me, I’ve some questions to ask I and ur sharing would be immeasurably appreciated [undefined][undefined] Ty!!

  • PokaiTrader : any ideas on specifics of morning star index performance factors? The CSOP seems broad based while Lion performs on certain conditions, the question is what?

  • PokaiTrader : Would the 10%max cap factor limit upside in good market conditions and specific REIT stock outperformance?

  • 102760057 OP : a little black box for morningstar one since it is based on their in-house research that formulates its rating of each REIT. though it’s a standard rule based index which makes  its passive etf

  • 102760057 OP : since it has 10% limit, it ensure that you don’t overexposure to any high fluctuations of individual REIT. sort of taking a safe bet esp if  u are not sure of which REIT is likely to do better
