Which S-REIT ETFs to pick?
Make sure you understand the difference between the index thar each ETF tracks:

PokaiTrader : any ideas on specifics of morning star index performance factors? The CSOP seems broad based while Lion performs on certain conditions, the question is what?

102760057 OP : a little black box for morningstar one since it is based on their in-house research that formulates its rating of each REIT. though it’s a standard rule based index which makes its passive etf
102760057 OP : since it has 10% limit, it ensure that you don’t overexposure to any high fluctuations of individual REIT. sort of taking a safe bet esp if u are not sure of which REIT is likely to do better
