Who's the so called 'Independent' Auditor?

Hrmmm... 🤔🤔

That was sorta rushed appointment of an Auditor though. No client screenings, elevated advocation risk, sheer intent to cloud vested-interested parties judgements for sure.

Furthermore, Nasdaq didn't even respond to the requests of the filings and granted anything yet.

I'd rather wait and not getting jumpy into this.
