Who Will Be the Winner of NIISe project?

These 3 companies are understood to have been shortlisted for the National Integrated Immigration System (NIISe) project, which is set to integrate the border management systems under the various agencies of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

It is understood that the three were called for a tender briefing, indicating that they have been shortlisted from more than 10 companies that submitted proposals for the project, which should be valued at below the RM1 billion mark.

With rumors that HTPADU is no longer participate for the bidding (which explained the price fall today), then good news go to DNEX and THETA. Who do you think the winner will be? Or will there be another secret winner out of these companies?
