Who will win out of the Hyperscalers?

If we think about GOOG, META, AMZN, and MSFT, we think about who will win in AI.

Each one of the hyperscalers is creating an AI product, and has an incredible balance sheet.

Google: Monopoly on Search, Monopoly on Ads, massive data from YouTube and Google for training models.

Meta: Monopoly on Ads, vast social media data from Facebook and Instagram for AI training.

Amazon: Cloud computing leader (AWS), e-commerce data, logistics AI (supply chain, warehouses).

Microsoft: Cloud leader (Azure), enterprise relationships, integration with Office, dominant operating system, and massive AI tools.

Who will be the winner out of the four? Will AI get commoditized? Help me understand.
