Capital Gains : they had a ceo back before october that sucked fired him brought in a new ceo that was at dollar general before and did well and that is that big bounce you see from october to march but he didnt produce in his first 5 months and than still hasnt produced since.. alot of people thought he was gonna turn things around and hopefully he can but with the cost of things it hard selling things at a value
