Why after 30days my 5.8% received a Cash coupon but used? and no money was added into my account.

103923878 : I received the cash coupon pretty fast 2 days after completing the 30-day period. Check > Universal A/C > More > Funds > Fund Details

Dadacai : The cash coupon is used automatically in this case so you don’t have to do it. For other cases, you have to click it manually. After use, the money is credited within 1-3 working days into your moomoo account.

jdlim : Has anyone here received the cash reward from the promotion? I was told to wait for a week and I’m still waiting now.
