to be honest this stock is extra sensitive to bad news, everytime some analyst comes out to say something bad the stock will tank badly. i think many holders of SE don't have much conviction in the stock making the support weak... it also has bad reputation from its association with China, not gaining the favor of big financial institutions in the US

i never trust analysts btw. they are mostly trend chasers, downgrade when stock already tanked or upgrade when stock already rose. the few that try to make contrarian predictions often have absurd basis for their claims. if they were accurate at making those predictions they won't be working as analysts trust me. they'll be heading some portfolio or quietly working as quant trader and making millions.
some of them just graduate a few years fresh out of uni and start to write all kinds of analysis. they probably don't even have much investment experience themselves, other than holding some index etfs lol.
104238715 : price dropping because of this?? but that was last week news
燚龘 : I know your post is interesting, but can you translate it? haha
Senseless : What did DBS do? can share article or news?
piano OP Senseless : they downgraded SE to hold with target price of 75. now why would they do that is my question...
piano OP 燚龘 : DBS Singapore downgraded SEA Limited from buying to holding, which I think is a bit aggressive.
燚龘 piano OP : Thankyou
