Why DCHCARE keeps dropping?
On 21st Nov 2023, DCHCARE announced it will:
1. issue 249,075,000 of free warrants
2. acquire I Bella for RM75mil
3. establish ESOS of up to 15% of total shares.

Upon completion,
1. DCHCARE share base will be enlarged by 31%.
2. DCHCARE net profit will increase ~20% (conservative).
What now?
1. Assuming the market price before the announcement was fair, the price drop (-18%) has more than offset the dilution coming from the enlarged share base.
