why do people think this?

$NVIDIA(NVDA.US)$ why do people think a planned selling of share compensation by a CEO months in advance to avoid any insider trading is somehow dropping the price? the guy has 98m shares, we traded 5x that today if he sold every last one. it has nothing to do with the price, there is large sell offs in 80% of the market, s&p, Nasdaq, Dow, all down today. if there is little to no volume and the CEO cashes out that would be a bearish sign, Nvidia CEO isn't even selling all of his, that is bullish, he deserves a bonus after making everyone else a trillion dollars
