why does adam aaron still have a job?

I went back and read his interviews and solutions when he was first hired.....he had the same solutions as what got AMC into this mess spend money buying up theaters.....after he did his big fundraising after 2020 he followed the same play book as before ran out and bought more theaters.....at some point people should consider hes not the right guy for the job. I think that AMC probably could be saved but probably not with AA as the CEO. $AMC Entertainment (AMC.US)$
