Why don't they just charge more?

$ASML Holding (ASML.US)$ is a literal monopoly when it comes to EUV machines. with such a dismal EPS, why not just sell them for 10 times the price, and make hay while the sun shines. when I found out that these things were only like $120m, I was a bit surprised.
