"Why not buy bitcoin or gold?"

In recent years, every time cryptocurrency, gold, or even a certain ETF surges, there will always be internet users asking me this question, and a few even criticize, thinking that I would miss such a good investment opportunity.

Actually, the reason is simple, it's like a master chef who is really good at frying kuotiao, why would he want to cook bak kut teh? Even though bak kut teh is popular lately.

I started trading stocks in 2012, and since 2015, my trading performance has surpassed the overall market every year. On average, I can buy 6 strong stocks each year (stocks that have increased by more than 50% within three months). In terms of short-term profit, my stock selection has outperformed the short-term trends of cryptocurrency or gold.

Every time I sell these stocks with high unrealized gains, there are netizens who feel sorry for me, but there is really no need, because if someone truly excels at investing, they would not worry about their next investment losing its flavor.

As we enter the first half of 2024, my return rate of 19.9% still surpasses the general market, which is the result of more than 10 years of deep cultivation and research.

So, it's not that I don't want to, it's that I don't need to. I have already found my own path to wealth in the stock market, so naturally I don't need to spend time dabbling in other financial products (unless I become too idle in the future), I don't need to be distracted, I don't need to recruit students, and I definitely don't need to care about anyone's opinion.

The most important thing now is to realize my personal value. I will continue to do things that give me a sense of achievement and happiness.
