Personally, because they are not focusing on retention currently, they I'm not worried about it. I mean, they are competing in weight loss drugs, so that kind of thing isn't a good idea anyway. Most people just try it once and stop.
Right now they have 1.7M subs +41% yoy, so that tells us they have a vast chasm of TAM lol, hundreds of millions if they can go global... 3 yrs from now it should be more of a focus. Not yet.
