Moomoo Lily : Hi, @Moomoo Buddy Please assist. Thanks!
dydxequalszero OP Moomoo Lily : Thank you!
Moomoo Buddy : Dear client, we have noticed that the Total P/L fails to reflect certain cash dividends. We are working hard to resolve this issue. The P/L feature is for reference purposes only. Please refer to your account statements for your actual P/L. Thanks for your understanding and support. Have a nice day ahead!![undefined [undefined]](https://static.moomoo.com/nnq/emoji/static/image/default/default-black.png?imageMogr2/thumbnail/36x36)
dydxequalszero OP Moomoo Buddy : Thank you. Hope it can be resolved soon.
想赚钱的人 : all my stocks dividend P/L is zero even though I had received the dividends too. LOL.
Willis88 想赚钱的人 : Have you received your dividends?
想赚钱的人 Willis88 : Received. Hahaha. It's just that the report doesn't show up.
dydxequalszero OP Moomoo Buddy : Hi Moomoo Buddy, the issue doesn’t seem to have been resolved yet.
Moomoo Buddy dydxequalszero OP : Dear valued customer, we have reported this issue to our related team for further enhancement. Please don’t worry.
FYI: P/L Analysis is for your reference only and will not affect your actual assets. You can refer to your statements for your actual assets. We will keep you updated on this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Thanks for your understanding and support. Have a nice day ahead!
dydxequalszero OP Moomoo Buddy : Hi thank you. I know it doesn’t affect the actual P/L but in the long run, it provides an easy summary for reference. There’s too much details in the daily statements. I much prefer an overall summary in the form of the P/L analysis.
