why still down?

$Riot Platforms(RIOT.US)$ $Marathon Digital(MARA.US)$ should be poppin! Has there been too much dilution? Back when $Bitcoin(BTC.CC)$ was in the 30's earlier this year, these stocks were near double where they are at now. Confused.
