Now the point we may need to pay attention is the yesterday's bearish engulfing pattern, since the price started to drop after this pattern of previous callback. Therefore, the price may continue to go bearish later. And traders who is still in holding position might mind the risk.

Now, about individual stocks: it's been a mixed bag this earnings season.

Shopify from Canada jumped nearly 18% because their revenue went up 21%from last year and the earnings guide beat expectations.

But on the flip side, both Supermicro and Airbnb's stocks fell hard because their earnings and outlooks didn't meet expectations—Supermicro by over 20%, Airbnb by over 13%.

Supermicro is one of Nvidia's suppliers, and as a hot AI stock, its share price has been going up this year.

In the conference call, Supermicro's CEO acknowledged that there could be delays with Nvidia's latest Blackwell GPU. Nvidia's stock took a 5% hit on Wednesday.
