Will there be compensation for the investors due to upstream service provider's error ?
Just planning to put my savings into this fund. Lukily I only put a few dollars just to test. There is no warning, system error notification, blockage or whatever to prevent customers to subscribe into this fund as there is an issue since 1 Aug (upstream service provider’s error). For these 2 weeks, customers can’t redeem and see the return or NAV, but still can subscribe.
Moomoo team is also unable to tell when the issue will be solved.
Seems they are giving all the responsibility to customers. They may say it is not their fault, but they can’t even warn/block customers who are going to subscribe?
Anybody in the same shoe? Does Moomoo give any compensation for their mistake?

Sean Foo Gold : Doubt it. Facing the same problem, I just want the NAV to be updated so I can redeem my assets.
Cloudy Season OP Sean Foo Gold : If the issue persists till next week. Let’s bring this up to forums. This is unfair to customers. Locking up customers’ fund for 3 weeks will be ridiculous.
