Buying Calls vs. Buying Puts
I like cash secured put strategy. Using this strategy, I sell put options with enough cash to cover the purchase of the stock if the option is exercised. If the stock’s price drops, I am also happy to buy the stock at a lower price, effectively getting in at a discount. It’s a win-win situation for me. If the stock price remains stable or rises, I just keep the premium from selling the put.
