They said that the company name would also change due to business changes to the internet banking business. It was a story about funds buying with that expectation, so they should buy it now before it goes up.
It seems that the pros and cons of business changes will be asked at the general shareholders' meeting.
I received a Windmill press release written in English from a scammer regarding business changes. I'll share it if you want it.

Renren2 : There is a circular addressed to shareholders on the Windmill website. This is the 9/15 CIRCULAR in the INVESTERRELATION > ANNOUNCEMENTS & CIRCULARS menu. I haven't read all of them, but at the bottom of page 4, it is written that for the purpose of changing the company name, diversification of business, and implementation of new profit strategies, a more appropriate corporate image should be good for both the company and shareholders. Further details will probably be announced at the general shareholders' meeting.
