Nvidia rebounds, gaining banks bullish: Is now a good time to buy?
Views 1.6M Contents 750

Wishful thinking versus hopeful optimism

$NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ the only folks who want or claim there is going to be a pullback the day after the stock rises are the ones who missed buying at reasonably low prices.
FOMO is bound to affect the best of us. However, if you are buying when the stock is on its way up, there is no bad time to buy.
Personal tip (and definitely NFA): if you have 1000 to spare for a stock, buy for about 800 when it’s on the rise. Every up has a down and vice versa. so if you can exercise patience, wait for a healthy pull back (or a reversal if you are lucky) and DCA for the other 200.
Building wealth through investing is not about buying at a low price but more about the timing of when to buy. Buy when the trend is up, sell some when the trend is down and DCA by buying at the dip if you have the courage + knowledge + ability. Never regret missing the train when there are 1000s others that stop for you to possibly board.
Remember, adding more shares after having bought at the bottom will also push up your diluted cost. So this theory works both ways.
